President
Mr. Craig Lee, Esq. is President and General Counsel of Lilly Enterprises, Inc. He joined the company in 1980 and has been instrumental in expanding the scope of services offered by Lilly Property Management Company from a primarily apartment based property management company to include retail, office, medical office, industrial, common interest developments, condominiums and single family residential. His current responsibilities with Lilly Enterprises, Inc. include the operation of the company's property management portfolio. As a commercial property owner himself, Mr. Craig Lee prides himself on treating his clients properties in the same high valued respect that he would treat his own.
Mr. Lee graduated in 1977 with a bachelor of arts degree in biology from the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his law degree in 1980 from Loyola Law School and has been an active member of The California State Bar since 1980. He is also an active member of The Asian Business League of Southern California (ABL), Lambda Alpha International Los Angeles Chapter (LAI), The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) and The Apartment Owners Association of California, Inc. (AOA). He served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region for 7 years and was Chairman of the Real Estate Committee where he oversaw the disposition of all excess owned real estate, which allowed the creation of an endowment fund to ensure continued mission centric services. Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has helped advise his clients through hundreds of millions of dollars in successful closings in California and Arizona, through the disposition, acquisition, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and refinancing of real estate assets. Some notable accomplishments include the entitlement of a 60 acre parcel of land in California, which included the production of the first environmental impact report and specific plan for the area in 10 years and the acquisition of 2,000 acres of land for over 2,800 multi-family dwelling units in Arizona.
