Lilly Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management and real estate brokerage firm founded in 1979 by Ms. Lilly V. Lee (Los Angeles Times Tribute Article), considered by many to be one of the most influential Angeleno businesswomen and cultural leaders of her time.

Our management subsidiary, Lilly Property Management Company, was initially established to manage the personal assets of the founder, however, as time passed, the company eventually yielded to the numerous requests of its brokerage clients and expanded its operations to include fee property management and real estate brokerage for multi-family, retail, office, medical office, industrial, common interest developments, condominiums and single family residential assets.  We currently serve a diversified client base, which ranges from first-time property investors to financial institutions and high net worth individuals, both domestic and foreign.  The market we primarily serve is Los Angeles County (Central Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, South Bay, Verdugos, Westside) in addition to parts of Ventura County, Orange County and San Bernardino County.

As a small business enterprise based out of Gardena, CA, our staff has grown to a full compliment of very well-qualified and highly trained in-house employees and off-site personnel.  The senior staff at Lilly Enterprises, Inc. have been with the company an average of 12 years providing continuity and management stability.  Through our many years of experience in professionally managing hundreds of properties throughout Los Angeles County, we are confident that we can become an important asset to you.
